Showing up as an authentic version of yourself is a deeply vulnerable and empowering act.
I am here to support you in leading your most authentic, empowered life. As a passionate and compassionate therapist, I believe in working collaboratively to help you discover your inner strength and create lasting, meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is rooted in curiosity, respect, and cultural and systemic sensitivity, always prioritizing your individual needs, values, and goals. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and I am honored to offer therapy in either language to better meet the needs of my clients.
With experience working with BIPOC, Latinx, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and multicultural individuals, I strive to cultivate a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe to be your true self. I understand how important it is for you to feel seen, heard, and validated, and I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that reflects mutual respect, trust, and collaboration.
My primary areas of focus include sexual health and sexuality, multicultural identity, relational, and systemic care. Whether you're processing past wounds, navigating major life transitions and systems, seeking clarity in your relationships or identity, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we will tailor a treatment plan that aligns with your values and supports your goals.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida and have received extensive training in several evidence-based therapeutic modalities. These include Experiential, Psychodynamic and Somatic Therapy. These approaches allow me to support a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship issues, and identity exploration.
I also integrate creativity and experiential techniques into our work, helping to foster growth and deepen self-awareness. Your healing journey matters, and I am honored to be a part of it.
